These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BrainBuzz Academy platform, including the website at brainbuzzacademy.com, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by KTR Web Works (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering for an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account using your mobile phone number and OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be fraudulent.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.
We offer both free and paid content. Paid access is available through subscription plans (BrainBuzz Pass) and individual purchases. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Subscription plans include BrainBuzz Pass, UPSC Pass, and BrainBuzz Ultimate. The specific features, pricing, and duration of each plan are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
You agree that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Failed or disputed transactions may result in suspension of access until resolved.

All content on the Platform, including questions, explanations, articles, videos, graphics, logos, software code, and design elements, is the intellectual property of BrainBuzz Academy or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. Screenshots, screen recordings, or sharing of test questions in any form is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our content is free from errors.
We do not guarantee any specific exam results, selection, or rank based on using our Platform. Success in competitive examinations depends on multiple factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainBuzz Academy, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or exam failure.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrainBuzz Academy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
