RRB Group D Exam Pattern – Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates 3 times the total vacancies will be shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The Railway Board reserves the right to adjust this ratio as necessary. PET is mandatory and qualifying in nature.

PET Criteria for Male & Female Candidates

Category Requirements
Male Candidates Must lift & carry 35 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting it down.
Must run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds in one attempt.
Female Candidates Must lift & carry 20 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting it down.
Must run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds in one attempt.

RRB Group D Exam Pattern – Document Verification (DV)

Candidates who qualify PET and score well in CBT will be called for Document Verification (DV).

📌 Important Points for Document Verification:

  • Candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer (if applicable).
  • All signatures on documents must match and be either in English or Hindi.
  • Failing to provide necessary documents or NOC will result in cancellation of candidature.
