📍కుల, ఆదాయ ధృవీకరణ పత్రాల జారీకి వాట్సాప్‌ను ఉపయోగిస్తామని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎన్.చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు తెలిపారు. 
📍డిసెంబర్ 10న ఆర్టీజీఈఎస్ (రియల్ టైమ్ గవర్నెన్స్ సొసైటీ)పై జరిగిన సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో పౌరులు తమ సర్టిఫికేట్‌లను పొందేందుకు వాట్సాప్‌ను ఉపయోగించుకునేలా కొత్త వ్యవస్థను రూపొందిస్తామని చెప్పారు. “ప్రతిదీ డిజిటల్‌గా మారుతోంది మరియు వాట్సాప్ గవర్నెన్స్ భవిష్యత్తు అవుతుంది. 
📍ప్రతి విభాగం నుండి డేటాను సేకరించి, సమగ్రపరచడం ద్వారా ‘వాట్సాప్ గవర్నెన్స్’ ద్వారా అత్యుత్తమ సేవలను అందించడమే లక్ష్యం”.

Will use WhatsApp to issue caste, income certificates: Naidu

📍Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has said that WhatsApp would be used for issuing caste and income certificates. 
📍At a review meeting on RTGES (Real-Time Governance Society) on December 10, he said that a new system would be developed where citizens could use WhatsApp to obtain their certificates. “Everything is going digital, and WhatsApp Governance will be the future. 
📍The goal is to deliver the best services through ‘WhatsApp Governance’ by collecting and integrating data from each department”.
